Refs = Section of the FCA Code of Conduct and Spirit of Cricket, and, if applicable, the Laws of Cricket the player has been found to have breached or were charged to have breached.
All penalties carry a 12-month probation period during which a repeat offence of the same level carries a penalty from one level higher.
