If the application does not respond to your gestures for an extended time, you have to force the device to quit the application.
iOS: Slide up from the bottom of the screen to show application slider -> slide the Cricclubs application up to quit it
Android:
Then restart the application. The application should ask you whether you want to synchronise the match with the server, to which you answer yes. You may have to navigate to live scoring and resume scoring the match.
